Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

After the order is confirmed, products will be delivered in 3 to 9 working days to any part within India. Mostly 90% of the dispatched orders are delivered within 2 working days across India. Other orders except India Post will get delivered within 4 working days. India Post orders will get delivered within 7 working days.

  • At an accuracy of 99.47%, you will receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered to your mobile number.
  • Your mobile number will not be used for anything other than to ensure your parcel reaches you smoothly.
  • We will prioritise the courier partner based on serviceability and delivery timeline.
  • We partnered with FedEx, DHL, Delhivery and indiapost for our dispatch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by addmetocart.com. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.

  • Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by www.addmetocart.com is at the sole discretion of Addmetocart and the decision of Addmetocart shall be final and binding.
  • Addmetocart reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
  • The terms of returns are governed by Addmetocart.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns request will be entertained within 48 hours of goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects, replacement requests up to a period of 10 days will be entertained. In case of a return request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality, the goods can be returned back to addmetocart.com by the buyer or through reverse shipment option of addmetocart.com. In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if request is placed within 10 days from the date of delivery. For defects, addmetocart.com will send replacement with the next order. Only in case goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be given in this case.

  • Option of Money refund / credit note is available as per buyer’s choice in this case.
  • All product codes starting with amtc_, inner wear products, and other Tie and Dye item(s), are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
  • Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer.
  • Returns made for unnecessary reasons, delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of addmetocart.com based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.
  • In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer on the website.
  • In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.

REVERSE SHIPMENT COST

Customer will have to pay reverse shipment charges as per the slabs below:

  • Rs. 70 fixed for upto 500 kg.
  • Rs. 50 per kg for each additional kg.
